Delivery estimate
The current advertised delivery estimate is 1–2 hours. Timing may depend on your location, store status and address accuracy. New orders are paused when the store is closed.
Fees and minimum order
Delivery from the nearest branch within a 25 km radius: up to 10 km KWD 1.500; over 10–15 km KWD 2.000; over 15–20 km KWD 2.500; over 20–25 km KWD 3.000. The minimum product subtotal is KWD 5.000 before delivery. The final total appears before payment.
Address and recipient
Enter the area, block, street and house or building number, plus floor and apartment where applicable. Add driver instructions if needed. For a gift, enter the recipient’s phone at checkout.
Payment and tracking
Payments are processed through UPayments. Payment status is confirmed by the payment gateway. Use your tracking link to follow preparation and delivery.
