If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact the branch with your order reference and photos explaining the issue so it can be reviewed.
Changes or cancellation
Contact the branch to request a change or cancellation. Whether changes can be made depends on payment, preparation and delivery status. A request is not confirmation of a change or refund.
Replacement or refund review
Replacement and refund requests are reviewed with the branch based on the item and order circumstances. Ask for confirmation of the agreed resolution before returning an item.
